Polyprotect® - soft coating
The polyprotect® system is a special shaping technique on a Polyurathane base.
The inner core is coated with a hard wearing and flexible surface. The solvent and plasticizer free closed cell covering is very suitable for medical use. The bio-compatibility according to EN ISO 10993-5:2009 is proven.
Polyprotect`s big advantage is the variety of foam density available. We produce from "very hard" to "super soft", a visco-elastic version for patient comfort is highly recommended. The outstanding hygienic property of this special surface offers many benefits. >>care instructions
Due to the mould based process complex 3D geometric shapes and customer specific solutions are easily implemented. It is entirely possible to combine the foam with other materials and components (GFK, metal, plastics etc). Our Polyprotect system offers a wide choice of colours.
