POLYBOX: Hard plastic storage containers
High stability - low weight
Hard plastic polypropylene (PP) is ideal for applications where cardboard fails: it is waterproof, chemical-resistant, and more resilient thanks to its material hardness. Our polyboxes, made from twin-wall or structural chamber sheets, offer high stability and extended service life while remaining very lightweight.

Stackable crates & boxes
Whether stackable with edge protection, various handle, cover, and closure options - we produce what you need! Particularly large containers can be produced wonderfully as polyboxes - especially if they still need to be manageable by personnel.
The hollow chamber panels can be shaped into a wide variety of forms using crease and contour lines. Individual parts are welded together without adhesive and in an energy-efficient manner using ultrasound.

Load carriers & reusable containers
Our load carriers are specially developed transport and storage containers for semi-finished goods, parts, and components. Made from soft PE foam and robust structural chamber panels, they combine low weight with high stability. The load carriers have special inserts, such as toothed strips, which securely fix the products in place and protect them from slipping.
