Seating and reclining shells
We cut, shape, and mill customized seating solutions for wheelchairs, reclining shells, and seat cushions. Using state-of-the-art 3D milling technology, we tailor the product to the patient. Made with the right material and according to your specifications!

Quality and precision in production are an absolute must for us. That is why we use the exclusive Polyprotect foaming process: this process enables complex 3D shapes with the best properties in terms of cleaning and hygiene.

Patients with physical impairments rely on special aids. With its Polyprotect foaming process, Polyform offers the ideal solution for manufacturing cushions for shower chairs and commodes, for example.
Depending on the application, soft, liquid-tight cushions can be foamed, which can also be supplied with anti-slip equipment or fastening solutions if required.

Casing of technical components
High precision and quality are required for examinations. This applies not only to the actual examination equipment, but also to patient positioning and accessories such as coils.
Polyform coats such coils with special foams using a thermoplastic embossing process (thermoforming) and produces table pads, head cushions, and other positioning aids for these applications.
