We manufacture orthopedic seat shells and reclining shells from certified soft and hard foams to improve quality of life. Whether made to measure or based on a body scan, our 5-axis milling machines enable precise production of seat blanks and detailed shaping of undercuts.

Do you have 3D scans for patient care? Excellent! We would be happy to review your CAD scan data, e.g., from a vacuum impression, and prepare it. The data should be delivered in the common formats stl., obj., or ply.
Our milling machines enable us to manufacture even large or complex supports, such as lying shells, leg supports, or spreader wedges.
Our service of course includes:
