Non-crosslinked PE foams

Wide range of qualities available

Non-crosslinked PE foams have a closed cell structure with or without cut cells. This can also result in a single- or double-sided foam skin.

They are used, for example, for:

  • structural packaging
  • padding inserts & cut-to-size pieces
  • device & protective packaging

Physically cross-linked

PE foams

These foams have a closed cell structure, which is foamed with nitrogen. This makes them virtually odorless.

Physically cross-linked foams are suitable for

  • Suitcase & container inserts
  • Aviation
  • Presentation packaging

Chemisch vernetzte

These material qualities have a robust surface. A comparatively finer cell structure gives these foams greater stability.
