Yes, as a private individual, you can place an order with us through our factory outlet. It’s best to stop by in person so we can advise you. You can also contact our reception desk by phone or email.

It’s best if you stop by in person. At our factory outlet, you can get comprehensive advice based on sample pieces. We know that not all foam is created equal - feeling and testing the material is essential, especially for mattresses and upholstery. However, we’re also happy to advise you by phone or email.

Please bring exact measurements for the product you want. We’re also happy to accept a template or an old sample. For sizes and shapes that deviate from our standard offerings, we charge a design fee of approximately €20. We’d be happy to advise you on finding the ideal foam for your project!

That depends on the type of order. As a general rule, the more custom the design, the longer production takes. As a rough estimate, you can expect a production time of one week. We'll contact you as soon as your order is complete!

For individual customers, we produce items exclusively for pickup. Once your order is ready, we will contact you so you can pick up your product from our factory outlet. For larger orders, you will be directed to the factory grounds for easy loading.

Our premises offer several visitor parking spaces, marked with signs, to the left of the factory outlet. Brief double-parking in front of the factory outlet is also permitted. We ask that you keep our fire exits clear.

At the factory outlet, we accept cash and card payments using all widely accepted payment methods. You will receive an invoice for your purchase.
